Jennifer Merkel, MSPT

Jennifer has 24 years of experience working in both hospital and outpatient settings. Jennifer has worked for Inova Fairfax Hospital, NovaCare Rehabilitation, Marra Physical Therapy, and now she owns Resolve Physical Therapy in DC and Merk Physical Therapy, Inc in Annandale, VA. She has treated patients with all types of orthopedic injuries and specializes in both Acute and chronic pain, pregnancy related orthopedic pain, and low back/pelvic pain. She has extensive experience working with chronic disorders such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and chronic Low Back/Pelvic Pain.

Jennifer has developed a hands-on style of treatment that proves to be effective in the treatment of all types of orthopedic injuries. Her love for Physical Therapy and her desire to help people has pushed her to continue to improve her skills and has led her to become an expert in her field.
